Zinc - Nickel Alloy Plating

Surface treament process with high level corrosion protection and high-temperature tolerance.

Zinc-Tin Alloy Plating

Characteristic

  • Sn contents 65 ~ 85%
  • Excellent corrosion resistance.
  • Good soldering performance, place a few days in the atmosphere, it does not deteriorate adhesion.
  • Softer surface film was easy to secondary processing.
  • Casting is also easy plating.
     

Main Application

  • Can be used to replace the electronic components of the tin or silver.
  • Due to the appearance of Zinc-Tin alloy plating was similar with silver and tin, can be applied to furniture or lighting.
  • High corrosion resistance requirements of aircraft, ships, marine machinery, auto parts and electrical parts for military ... and so on.
  • Requires corrosion resistance and solder parts.
  • Prevent scratching of precision stampings plating.
  • Since the low melting point, the service temperature has to less than 190℃.

 

Hard Chrome Plating

Characteristic

  • Plating layer with high hardness and wear resistance.
  • Provide a bright and artistic appearance.
  • Provide a higher mechanical strenth and heat resistance.
  • Coating thickness uniformity, can be controlled in the range of 0 ~100.
  • Adhesion of the plating surface and the substrate was excellent.
  • Conforming all automotive surface treatment standards, e.g.
     

Main Application

  • Hard chrome multi-application in high-precision mechanical parts, such as piston rods, hydraulic heart shot(charge), a machine, a mirror wheel, embossing rollers, printing rollers and dryer.
  • In addition to hard chromium plating technique widely used in new equipment maintance, due to hard chromium plating at the time must be thickened after a long grinding after plating , and electroplating in the process will be a protective layer formed on the surface of plants, the maximum thickness of thousand microns, enough to wear medieval mechanical repair, after grinding like new, even more durable than new.
